Export from CellarTracker

You first export from CellarTracker, then upload that file into Selara Sommelier. CellarTracker describes the export process on its website under "Exporting Data". CSV, tab-delimited text, and XML all work.

  1. Sign in at cellartracker.com.
  2. Open My Cellar.
  3. Click Export in the top right.
  4. Choose CSV, tab-delimited text, or XML.
  5. Download the file, or use the copy CellarTracker emails you.
  6. In Selara Sommelier, go to import and drop that file. Location and bin stay as place and bin. Notes stay notes. A drinking window (BeginConsume and EndConsume) is saved on the bottle notes as “Drink 2024–2040”.

For wines you already logged as enjoyed, export that consumed / enjoyed view the same way, then use Import history on History.
