By creating an account or using Selara Sommelier, you agree to the terms we publish here. Complete counsel-reviewed terms will replace this summary before public paid production.
In short, for the product today
- Plan limits, billing (Stripe when configured), and features follow what you see in-app and on Pricing.
- Market values and AI outputs are informational tools for your cellar — not appraisals, investment advice, or tax advice.
- You own your cellar data; you can export or delete it from Account.
- Do not abuse the service, bypass plan limits, or use it for unlawful activity.
