Export from Vivino

Vivino does not offer a spreadsheet option, so the best approach is to build a simple spreadsheet from your cellar list and then upload it into Selara Sommelier.

  1. In the Vivino app or on vivino.com, open your cellar / wines.
  2. If your account offers Download my data (privacy / GDPR), request that archive and look for a cellar or wines table.
  3. Otherwise copy producer, wine, vintage, and quantity into a spreadsheet with those column names.
  4. Save as .csv or .xlsx.
  5. Import that sheet in Selara Sommelier.

Ratings and tasting notes from Vivino belong in History if they are drinks you already had — use Import a drink log, not the cellar import.
